Defendency theory explains backwardness of advancing country and reasons of that.
After second world war, defendency theory is suggested by south american theorists through specific reality that time. Because south america suffer from poverty despite of export-focus development theory, industry development, global corporation development, south american wonder "why we have poverty still now?". Also, sociologists in south america have question about "What is underdevelopment? And why underdevelopment continue still nowadays?". These thinking about underdevelopment problem magnifies to defendency theory. Most south american theorists suggest that develop theory in western society cannot apply to south america, so they want to make theory for practical development of south america.
The problem of defendency theory is in theory itself. Inequality problem in defendency theory appears among other countries and in one countries, it not only appears between developed country and third world country(developing country).
I think dependency theory is extension of third world theory. And there are many efforts to avoid inequal relation between developing country and developed country today. But I think inequality on that relationship still continues. It always remains in global relationships, I think so. Our conception about this global structure : it is rightful, fair thing cannot disappear well.

Third world (Extra)
Third world is total definition of developing countries that belong not to any cold blocks(East-West).
The term "Third World" is used since 1960s in China. In sociology, there are 3 worlds in the world. First world is advanced capitalism countries like America and Western-Europe : high econimic develop countries. And Second world is socialism that has conflict with first world. Finally, third world is countries that not conclude in first and second world.
These divide methods of 3 world theory used not since after eruption of socialism in soviet union and eastern-europe.
Today, divide methods of 3 world are usually economic ways. In this methods, Third World is countries that being industrization through gaining capital and skills and ideology of developed countries. In other words, third worlds are developing countries.

Sometimes we can find a genetically modified foods in everyday life : GMO foods. Risk of GMO food already has been discussed for several years, and disagree side that emphasized damage and dangerous thing and agree side that emphasized mass production(most important advantage of GMO foods) have conflict and this conflict have continued still now. Population continues to grow and also we have risen to a huge food shortage phenomenon. The GMO food, it needs for continued development in order to solve the food shortage.
Population is increasing more and more. Rapid increase of the population bring about a food shortage of people in all over the world. While the population increases, it might be expected because farmland has decreased. The biggest advantage of GMO food is "mass production of food" exactly. Satiety sound of "Don't eat GMO food because it is harmful to the human body" does not apply to the poor absolutely. Poor people who heard the sound of luxury rich, why not listen to their story really?(Poor people don't listen their rich sound.) All you need to them it is food to eat right now. With the name "mass production possible", GMO food will become light to the poor people who suffer from food shortages due to overpopulation.

I believe in evolution. Because I think all of the organsims have ancestors. For example, all of the people have each ancestors in their history. Teenage entertain culture (Extra)
Teenagers are major generation that have enthusiasm to entertain culture. They are influenced by mass media a lot, especially entertainment issues. Typical entertain culture of teenagers is teenager singers.
In Korea, we have many teenager singers. And almost teenager singers are success in entertainment world. Because many teenagers are wildly excited to teenager singers. And when they popular or their have many fans, they make a lot of money.
The teenager singers are teenagers' idol. Teenagers seeing star, and they want to be a teenager singer. Mostly ardent fans do that. Teenager singers give a lot of pleasure to us. So teenagers like teenager singers, and they get rid of stress by teenager singers.
The teenager singers make new culture. The culture grow is according to teenager singers. Also, teenager singers change the fashion and set the fashion. So teenager singers are developed about the culture.
DMZ(Extra)
The DMZ is special area about people can't develop everywhere in this area. Some people agree about existence of DMZ, and while other people disagree about existence of DMZ. In my opinion, I think the existence of DMZ have many good things.
First of all, if we have a DMZ area, many living things can live in DMZ area. And also, many living things don't have any danger from the develop of civilization. So the DMZ area can become the habitat for many rarity animals. And also, the environment of DMZ area are really better than the other places.
Secondly, the DMZ area can prevent of armed clash. The DMZ area's own purpose is prevent of armed clash or security of international traffic route. And most DMZ area's purpose is prevent of armed clash. For instance, the DMZ area of Korea. After the Korean War, North Korea and South Korea made a DMZ area between their countries. And now, people can't go when they have any weapons.

First of all, a kind of cyber-bullying is send a lot of spam mails. Because the spam mail can give bad affects to people. The first reason of the affect is if we receive the spam mails, our mail storehouse is increase from the spam mails. And also, spam mail can give computer virus.
Secondly, a kind of cyber-bullying is bad comment. The bad comments can give painful to us. For example, self-destruction or melacholia. In Korea, there have many self-destruction of famous people from bad comment.

Reset syndrome is phenomenon that some people who enjoy online game and internet searching plunge into confusion between real society with online society. Recent;y, reset syndrome spreads in society of adolescent and it is a kind of illness that has some social problem.
"reset" means literally term of computer "reset", in other words, as we push "reset" button when our computer do not used well (shut off and power on), real life can also "reset"(shut off and power on : change and restart) to adolescent. Real serious problem of Recent Syndrome is that someone cannot recognize their crime and they think their crime action in real society is one kind of online game. In these cases, criminals cannot recognize their crime and even if they have some sense of guilt, they think they have a stopgap measure : "reset" button.
Reset syndrome is one of psychological illness that appear in recent. In fact, sometimes a son kills his family because he confuse on gun-killed online game with real life. He think his mother is a monster or counterpart of game. Because he think he can revive her mother through push "reset" button (Confuse phenomenon), so he kills his mother with no or less sense of guilt.(Usually avoid to nitpicking of mother.)

In capitalism society, once a panic situation happens, confidence begins declining and financiers want money, and these phenomenon has continued. Also, almost banks begin bankruptcy. And all confidence market gets panic, it influence whole market badly. These phenomenon called financial crisis.
These financial crisis(Economic crisis) happen in 2007 and 2008. Then, scale of economic crisis are really large, whole world. In this period, insolvents increase.
When financial crisis happens even some countries become insolents, in other words, country bankrupt situation happens. The typical example is Korea. The end of 1990s and early 2000s Korea meet bankrupt and get hard periods. Through this example of Korea, we can know how to overcome financial crisis and danger of financial crisis.

Mass media is communication that reaches audience. This includes television, radio, advertising, movies, the Internet, newspapers, magazines, and so on.
Roles of mass media : Legislatures, media executives, local school officials, and sociologists debated about roles of mass media. And opinions vary and type of influence the mass media wields, all agree that mass media is a permanent part of modern culture. 3 main sociological perspectives on the role of media exist that the limited‐effects theory, the class‐dominant theory, and the culturalist theory.
The limited‐effects theory suggests that because people generally choose what to watch or read based on what they already believe, media shows many influences.
The class‐dominant theory argues the media reflects and projects the view of a minority elite.
The culturalist theory : it combines the other two theories and claims that people interact with media.
These 3 main theories about influences of mass media are interesting in terms of sociology.

Sophomoric Illness(Extra)
In korea, there are many new, trend, special social conception. Especially, "Illness that happened in 2 grade of middle school students" is more interesting and more general conception in the world.
Original definition of middle school 2 grade illness is 'New phenomenon that middle school students consider as they are most unhappy, lonely people in the world themselves'.(It is defined in korean web cartoon)
This phenomenon is similar as 'Sophomoric Illness' in America. 'Sophomoric Illness' means know-it-all people, so I think 'middle school 2 grade illness' is more developed situation than 'Sophomoric Illness'.
Generally, 'middle school 2 grade illness' happens in adolescence. But today, sometimes it happens in adults, too. It shows form of web coummunity article, and real daily life(in school). Korean society focus on this social conception, and popular entertainers' past bluff articles issue at the latest date.

Counter urbanization(Extra)
Counter urbanization is one process of modern urbanization. It is a decline phenomenon of city, it called U-turn phenomenon. Happening counter urbanization, urban population decreases and population of local area increases because of social movement from city to sidecountry.
Generally urbanization proceed in 3 levels : urbanization, suburbanization, counter urbanization. Counter urbanization is last level in urbanization, it suggests crisis of city. Especially, when counter urbanization phenomenon happens in a city, total population(include suburban polupation) of city decrease. Then, some social problems happen.
Decline of population, increasing old ages, increasing unused public systems : school, welfare centers, and appearance of the city slums are examples of social problems. To solve these problems, govenment promotes some redevelopment plans.
