[Extra] Fashion popular culture, and mass media



Fashion popular culture, 

and mass media 



In this article, I'm trying to post what I've handwritten about fashion popular culture, in the media. 

Why modern people sensitive to fashion? 

1. The obsession to the body of the times beau ideal
:The obsession to the body, body image follow the ideal media to present 

2. Thirst of two images - Differentiation of the meaning of life by using the image
:Validity offer importance of image differentiation of product advertising, the need 
Sale entertainer = sign animation, images, and public consumption in the product

3. Epidemic Cycle of capital moves
In response to the call of the capital, epidemic, prepared by the mass media. 
Fashion make me satisfied desire of standardization, the desire of differentiation. 

4. The pursuit of four tunability -  Unacceptable that old-fashioned it is the dominant trend

5. Pursuit of personality : Reject the style of do something similar with others, to pursue a new brand and style.


Definition of popular culture

It is a culture that is produced to target the masses and popular culture, has occurred and is consumed by the masses.
1. Popular Culture: a lot of people and a wide love cultureProcess of cultural practice of the masses have important implications

2. Culture of non-advanced culture: is the practice act and cultural text of rest that did not pass through the level required in the advanced culture, it is classified by the elitism.
3. Mass culture : It is a commercial culture that has been mass-produced for mass consumption. It is a culture that is run by the intention of ruling power for playback capitalism, domination of ideology.

4. Popular culture: culture with a content resistance of the ruling power as having been created or negotiated from the bottom ethnic culture, by people aggressive, culture of the working class, is a phase under the direct control resistance of modern capitalist society.
5. Hegemony of the compromised balance (capacity) : It is a gyeolgwagwa culture to win the competition for cultural hegemony.
It means that you put out with the consent of the ruling through the process "intellectual and moral leadership" of the ruling.
