Death penalty is most strong penalty as punishment about penal offense. And death penalty is always issue whether it can justify.
In my opinion, I have positive opinion. Because certain crimes have reoccur posibility of crimes. And death plenty is set the example about crimes to people. And when a person performed very big crime, it need to death penalty.
First of all, when a crime is occur, the criminal can occur the crime again. So the society have many crimes. People called them, 'habitual criminals.
Second, the death plenty is set the example about crimes to people. In my opinion, when a government perform the death penalty, citizens will have fear. So citizens never perform any crimes.
Third, big crime is big problem of the society. So when a person performed big crime, he need to death penalty. For instance, homicide or habitual violence.
In other word, society need to death penalty be based on many reasons.
