Genocide in Kanto of Japan to Korean

In 1923, big earthquake strikes in Kanto area of Japan.

Japan government get pressure to public's discontent because after World war 1 Japan faced economy crisis , so they need something to replace their anger.
So they targeted Korean in Japan. They systematically spread the rumors that Korean have riots, they finally declared martial law.

Japan government not only spreading rumors but also they made some organization and making fire, stealing, violence looks like Korean does.
