[Extra] How can religion affect the economy?


Saudi Arabia prohibit screening or making movies. So they have no film industry. Also since Saudi Arabia is a ultraconservative muslim country, they prohibit lots of things: liquor, pork, etc. Due to these reasons, Saudi Arabia have different economic structure compared with other religion countries. I think this would be valid example for the question.
