Collective Behavior

Term collective action refers to events and social process that does not reflect the social structure of the existing,Collective behavior takes many forms but generally violates societal norms. Collective behavior can be tremendously destructive, as with riots or mob violence, silly, as with fads, or anywhere in between.Collective behavior is always driven by group dynamics, encouraging people to engage in acts they might consider unthinkable under typical social circumstances.Collective behavior might also be defined as action which is neither conformingnor deviant.collective behavior includes  a panic in a burning theater and religious revival meetings

my opinion
i think collective behavior is important social element, because collective behavior give people a sense of belonging and identity.so people who feel a sense of belonging will be active and self confident. collective behavior will be dangerous, if other collective behavior can attack. so collective behavior can be conflict in big situation. so we have to behave in appropriate line.

question
if collective behavior can be problem, what is the specific solution of the problem?
and what is the collective behavior's bad points?
