 my opinion

I think that about the function of war, It have two of types aspect.
First, war is commonly reckoned bad thing so that in the negative aspect,
many people died by war. Also, war makes disruption economy and decrease in productivity. This leads to a collapse of the economy.

On the other hand, war makes a new government. But psychologically people
 feel confused. This can lead to social disruption. ( society collapse)

War should not be happening easily.
It is possible to not end with the two countries to war, to become a wide range of war like World War...

After the war ended, people are feeling the pain caused by the war. The war to realize that we should not!!!
