Social movement is an alliance of people who share the same interests.
Social movement can be divided into four depending 'how much changed' and 'Who is changed'.
They are Alternative social movements, redemptive social movements, reformative social movements, and revolutionary social movements.
From Alternative social movements to Revolutionary social movements, social movements becoming bigger.
Stages in Social Movements has very wide variety of routes.
Social Movement Theories contain Deprivation Theory, Mass-Society Theory, Structural-Strain Theory, Resource-Mobilization Theory, Political Process Theory, Culture Theory, etc.
I think social movements are very different each other, and very variety.
