  Totalitarianism interferes in public and all of citizens. By using mass media, Totalitarianism government supervises citizens' behavior and sometimes manipulates citizens' thinking.
  Oligarchy has similar feature with Monarchy, in terms of reign of authority. But Oligarchy has difference in number of head with Monarchy : Oligarchy has some heads, but Monarchy has only one.
