Unemployment

 "Unemployment" is a word that refers to a condition in which you have not obtained the opportunity to work a person who has the ability and willingness to labor in accordance with the ability of self.Therefore, it is involuntary.

"Unemployment" can be divided into three types.

 First, "friction unemployment" refers to workers who are unemployed temporary that appears as the transition to another job work from there. Since there is no possibility that this process occurs at the same time completely, "friction unemployment" is a feature inevitable market economy workers or change the job, transfer to a different department.
 Second, "cyclical unemployment" occurs because the economy is circulating in the economy overall.
 Third, "structural unemployment" is caused by long-term changes of the characteristics of the production and shape of the demand. It's impact is serious. The industry has experienced a decreased long-term, it is because there is a tendency to concentrate in the region there is little possibility of employment alternative.

Sometimes unemployment is a natural phenomenon, but I think the government is able to deal intelligently create the institutional shock absorber.
