Gender

Summary

Gender is the socially constructed component of human sexuality.
Adopting the behaviors and norms of a gender leads to the perception that someone belongs in that gender category.
There are a number of gender differences that vary by society, environment, and/or culture, indicating they are social constructions.
At all educational and skill levels, women make less than men, as illustrated in the figure below.
So, sexism is discrimination against people based on their sex or gender.
However, gender is fluid and can change.
Gender discordance leads to the understanding that what we traditionally understand to be feminine and masculine characteristics are social (and cultural) constructions.

My Opinion

Through this opportunity, and I learned more detail about the sex and gender.
And as a woman, I was originally interested in gender discrimination.
Nowadays sexism is reduced, but its remnants still or reverse discrimination is taking place.
I think that this needs to be addressed properly.
For this reason, it will be anyone to be much effort.

If so, how to eliminate the reverse discrimination and discrimination against women wonder what?

  2. In my opinion, if one side has rights against discrimination, it can be reverse discrimination. For the gender equality, we should solve discriminating component, not divide up social rights. If both sides divide up rights, each will divide up discrimination.
