Types of Governments

1.Monarchy

A monarchy is form of government where the supreme power is put on an individual like king  or queen who is called a monarch.It was common form of government during ancient and medieval times but contemporary monarchy is tend to constitutional monarchy like United Kingdom or Japan.

2.Democracy

Democracy is a form of government in which the right to govern or sovereignty is held by the majority of citizens within a country or a state.There are two principles that definition of democracy.First, people have equal power.Second, all of citizen enjoy universally recognized freedoms and liberties.Most people say,although, the majority rule is principle of democracy,people should listen carefully to minority.

3.Communist State

A Communist state is a state with a form of government characterized by single-party rule of a Communist party and a professed allegiance to an ideology.Usually, the communist state approves dominant role in government.While almost all claim lineage to Marxist thought, there are many varieties of Communist states.

My opinion

I wrote the type of governments which has been adopted in many country.But except mentioned three types, I knew newly many of government like oligarchy,theocracy,ete.

Whenever I study politics, I think it is very attractive study
