Good function of information society is Information Sharing ,Anyone can participate in the realization of democracy, Increase Individual creativity , Improve Telemedicine, telecommuting, Such as personal welfare
But Bad function of information society is violent flooding, Infringement of intellectual property rights, Information Disclosure, Mail order fraud, Cyber crime, Privacy leakage
